- As the Director of W.I.S.C. my heart's desire is to help women know their value and identity in the Lord and to grow in relationship with Him. W.I.S.C. Ministry offers consulting, mentoring and training for women in ministry. I have served as a Women's Ministries Director for 16 years in two megachurches and currently Women's Ministries Director at NorthEast Christian Church in Lexington, Kentucky.
